Miko joined our office in 2017 with a focus on customer service. Currently, he assists policyholders with navigating the insurance landscape such as billing and discounts as well as policy changes for home, auto and life insurance. In 2019, he completed his Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Penn State with a minor in Public Relations. Originally from Pennsylvania, he has worked in-office from 2017 to 2019 and then mid-2020 to 2021 where he moved back to Pennsylvania and now works remotely for our office. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, his dog Suki, and playing video games.

Rosa joined our office in the spring of 2021. Born in El Salvador she moved to New London, CT at the age of 6.She went onto college at Lourdes University completing a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in business. She has many years of customer service experience . Her current role includes assisting policyholders with their policies and billing, and also quoting and starting new policies for vehicles, homes, renters, and much more. She is also bilingual and available to help our Hispanic community with questions about their policies. Outside of work, Rosa enjoys spending time with her family especially her twin sister and her husband. She loves to go shopping and spending time outdoors with her husband and dogs.

She went to Nursing school but ultimately took a different career path with a background in management, real estate, & home financing. She has a strong focus in customer service and strives to provide both our current and potential customers with a great servicing experience. Her current role at State Farm is to assist our policyholders with their policies and billing, quoting, and starting up new policies for vehicles, homes, renters, and life insurance. Outside of work Jaimie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and outdoor activities with her dog Theo.

Tesiny joined our office in 2024. Born in Bridgeport, she is bilingual and of Puerto Rican descent, having moved to the area at the age of 8 with her 5 dogs. She has a background in customer relations and an Associate in Nursing, as well as escalations in many fields of work and cares about the work she does. Her current duties at State Farm include: billing and assisting policyholders with their policies all the while actively pursuing license for insurance to be able to help meet the demands of the community. In her free time, Tesiny enjoys being a loving mother to her 3 children, running back and forth between karate and soccer practices and spending as much time outdoors and in books as possible. She looks forward to being able to help the Hispanic Community with any questions, concerns, changes and explanations.
